All customer orders are sent from our store with all smaller sized items being sent using Australia Post, and larger items being sent through a combination of courier services using the Shippit platform. The Shippit platform includes Courier Please, Fastway Couriers and Direct Freight Express Couriers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will call you prior to delivery.


However, upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with a link where you can check your tracking details online. We recommend allowing 12 hours from the time of receiving the email for tracking activity to show on the postal or courier's website.


Alternatively, the dispatch information will be updated in your customer account once the item has been dispatched.
