Yes, Prices Plus offer a 30 day refund and return policy on all purchases. Our refund and return policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive your order and you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you have received your products to contact a Prices Plus Customer Service Representative.
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Prices Plus to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of the return shipping. The return shipping fee and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed.
This refund policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied when returning goods. All refunds will then be processed to the original account of payment once Prices Plus have received all goods.
Returns for online purchases can also be completed at your local Prices Plus store, however refunds will be completed externally rather than in-store.
For purchases made in-store, you are more than welcome to return your items to any of our Prices Plus stores for an exchange or refund of your purchase.
