Yes, as we use the postal service or a courier service to complete all customer deliveries, a customer signature is required to successfully complete delivery.

 

If you are unavailable to sign for your item on delivery, a card will be left by the services, including with the details of your delivery so you can contact them to organise a more suitable time for re-delivery.

 

Alternatively, during the checkout process through our store, you can provide an 'Authority to Leave', which enables the courier service to complete delivery without a required signature.

 

Note: Prices Plus will not bear responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if a customer gives the authority for their order to be delivered and left unattended without an authorised signature being required.
